I am getting married this summer! These are my invitations, designed by me, and printed at the wonderful Alpha Graphics of Chicago. The text is lorem-ipsumed because as much as I’m an open book on the internet, putting a copy of my actual wedding invitation on the internet felt too much like inviting the internet to my wedding. The birds are red-winged blackbirds, since they’re an early and happy sign that spring is here! I consider them a very celebratory bird. And before you ask, yes, all the birds pictured are males. The females are awesome in their own talented and less show-offy way. And how could I make a post about a wedding without mentioning ERIC the love of my life <3 <3 <3
